Adrian Hewitt B.Sc.
20 years of experience, including private and public sector project management. Has worked for the MoD, DoE and Local Authorities. Since 1997 has been involved in numerous PFI projects, including the Stoke Schools pathfinder and the SEN schools with Kirklees Council. Most recent projects include Strategic advice to the Balfour Beatty Group for Birmingham and Bassetlaw Schools PFI.

Steve Freeborn B.Sc. (Hons)
20 years of experience in local authority procurement and project management. This includes project management of several schools PFI projects, including the fastest procured and the recovery of the Tower Hamlets scheme. Has extensive experience of management of traditionally funded new build, refurbishment and facility management contracts within local authorities.

Joanne Hewitt B.Sc.
18 years experience with both the public and private sectors. Projects ranging from the management of a new factory in Italy for Fiat, to the capital planning of a £250m budget for Liverpool Housing Action Trust. Has over 6 years experience in schools PFI projects, most recently as Technical Adviser to Kirklees MBC for their special schools, and as Capital Cost adviser to Balfour Beatty on the Bassetlaw and Birmingham schools bids.
